High-precision linear guide support significantly reduces the friction of the injection units, which makes the plasticizing and injection pressure more stable and provides stable product quality.

Efficiency and Flexibility

Compared with conventional machines, doubling the injection speed does more than shortening the injection time. It brings more possibilities to product design and allows customers to enjoy greater flexibility in terms of wall thickness, sprue size and precision of the molded parts. Increase mold opening and closing speed by 50%. Multi-axis synchronization, melt speed greatly increased, the built-in hydraulic pump station, support a variety of mold processes to achieve, flexible and efficient.

Tie-bar free

The clamping unit adopts the TBF (Tie Bar Free) technology for easy operation and maintenance. It also keeps the mold area clean to prevent product contamination.

Three linear guider support

High precision linear guide support effectively lowers the energy consumption and enhances the smoothness of the opening and locking die. At the same time, the linear guide of opening and locking die effectively reduces the pressure stability of melting and injection glue and brings the stability of product quality.

Unique servo direct control (SDC) technology

Process algorithm independently developed by YIZUMI for the servo drive. Four servo motors control injection, plasticizing, clamping, and ejection independently, allowing faster feedback, more responsive control, and improved control accuracy. More precise control of speed, position and pressure to meet the requirements of precision equipment.

Unique SMART mold protection feature

The unique SMART mold can detect very small obstacles and resistance. Besides, it can reduce the extent of mold damage when there are foreign objects in the mold cavity or faulty operation occurs.

Using two-hand start, the 6-axis robot palm is equipped with automatic adhesive application, drying, and automatic sticker affixing modules to achieve a fully automatic operation. It significantly improves production efficiency while reducing the workload of operators and operating costs.
