Abstract:
Yizumi Gets High Attention at Chongqing Exhibition 2015
May 27-30, Yizumi showed the latest die casting machine and self-developed robotic system at the 16th Exhibition of Lijia International Machine Tool 2015.
The Yizumi-developed robotic deburring system, one of the most eye-catching exhibits, demonstrated its performance for production at the booth and drew the attention of many customers and counterparts.
Yizumi’s robotic automated system is based on European and Japanese technical standards and specifically designed to integrate intelligent control, management and maintenance to meet customer needs. For customers, this system delivers the optimal takt time and effectively reduces per unit cost of production. For Yizumi, understanding the requirements, advantages and disadvantages of robotic automated equipment facilitates the launch of more mature products and reduces after-sales maintenance.
As the labor costs increase, it would be increasingly costly and difficult to hire experienced workers. On the other hand, the Post-1990 becomes more reluctant to work as blue-collar workers in a factory due to the particularity of die casting expertise and processes, as well as the relatively adverse work environment. The replacement of labor force by automated and highly-efficient robots becomes an inevitable trend. Controlling the operation of workshop handily without labor constraints and having professionals following up the problems are the core value that Yizumi’s robots offer to customers.
As the corporate executive director of Chongqing Foundry Association, Yizumi was invited to attend the 7th Members’ Congress of Chongqing Foundry Association and the 25th Chongqing Foundry Congress before the exhibition. Officials of Chongqing Foundry Association also visited Yizumi’s booth during the exhibition and they spoke highly of the die casting machine and robotic deburring system on display.
