YIZUMI Wows InterPlas Thailand 2024 with Packaging Machine

On June 19th, local time, the four-day InterPlas Thailand 2024 kicks off at BITEC in Bangkok. YIZUMI Thailand exhibits its P280S3 high-speed packaging injection molding machine and turnkey solution at booth 4B01.

One-Shot Molding Solution for "Tamper-proof Bucket with Handle"

At the exhibition, YIZUMI is demonstrating on-site tamper-proof bucket with handle production using the P280S3 high-speed packaging injection molding machine. The P-S3 series machine has increased its maximum system pressure by over 10%, and overall rigidity of clamping unit by over 25%. These enhancements are beneficial for molding thin-wall, deep-cavity products, providing high-speed and stable turnkey solutions for the molding of disposable cutlery packaging, IML food packaging, daily chemical packaging, medical packaging, and other thin-wall plastic products.

It is suitable for producing multi-cavity thin-wall packaging products. It has many advantages, including high rigidity, high injection speed, and high precision, allowing it to not only meet customer automation needs but also provide turnkey solutions such as labeling systems.
