YIZUMI CG-P series multi-component injection molding machine is created to meet the increasing demand for higher quality of life and customization. With the use of balanced force clamping (BFC) technology, magnetically levitated turntable (MLT) technology, digital closed-loop positioning control (DCPC) technology, super long sliding shoes and smart mold-open deceleration technology, movements of the clamping unit and rotary unit are stable and reliable. The mold-open position repeatability is up to ±0.3mm. Based on advanced technology introduced from European R&D center and expected to provide the core value - stability and customization - to customers, the machine is committed to making our life more colorful.

The all-new E series PAC350E electric high-speed injection molding machine has been developed in response to the demand for high-speed and stable injection molding production of thin-wall packaging products. It features a 500mm/s injection speed, which is ideal for ultra-thin-wall products, reducing the cycle time and preventing product cooling deformation during production. It not only effectively optimizes the cleanliness of the workshop environment but also significantly improves injection accuracy, achieving higher injection speed and fast mold opening/closing. Also YIZUMI provides a turnkey solution with complete injection molding machine + mold + IML system delivery, ensuring the convenience and efficiency of the entire production process, and injecting strong impetus into the production of thin-wall packaging products.
