On 18th October, local time, the four-day VietnamPlas 2023 is held at Saigon Exhibition & Conference Center (SECC) in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam.

At booth A543, YIZUMI Vietnam considers recent industry development trends and exhibits a variety of injection molding solutions tailored to the local market demands. Our on-site professional technicians thoroughly introduce our machines and demonstrate machine operation to visitors. They also have in-depth discussions with visitors about applications, operation skills, and other issues.
The UN260C-BSP-E multi-component injection molding machine is producing two-color bowls with beautiful appearances and stable dimensions, achieving efficient and stable molding. It belongs to the YIZUMI CE-P high-end electric multi-component series. It has a clamping force repeatability of less than 3‰, a platen parallelism of less than 0.05mm under the load status, and a mold-open position repeatability of ±0.03mm. In addition, the CE-P series machines adopt high-precision position sensors and electric motors with a single-lap resolution of 2 million lines in the injection units. Product weight repeatability can reach 1‰ when combined with special screws for different materials and accurate temperature control.

At the same time, the PAC280K3, a PAC-K3 series high-speed injection molding machine, is producing disposable spoons. Its highly efficient and stable performance has attracted many visitors.
