Close cooperation with European specialists allowed us to create highly advanced die casting machines while building our own YIZUMI service hubs in key markets including, among others, Germany and USA support our vast agent network to ensure seamless customer support.

In addition, in 2021 we established a central TechnicalService Center (TSC) further strengthening our support capabilities in all customer facing aspects. These services include technical support for world-wide sales, die casting cell integration as well as casting process development including tool designing services.

As part of the TSC we operate our Product & Process Application Center(PPAC) which allows us to offer to our customer casting services including trials & tests, sampling & casting process training. The TSC greatly enhances YIZUMI's capabilities to engineer, implement and maintain efficient die casting solutions for our customers world-wide.

The structural casting trials (Daimler B-Pillar) which our PPAC team executed with support from international die-casting experts, allowed us to prove that YIZUMI can offer solutions instructural castings on top international standard.

Likewise, the ongoing Mg Thixomolding and aluminum Reocasting projects also follow this kind of cooperation model. Upon successful development of the technology and application, YIZUMI will introduce them to the customers, providing technical guidance and support in terms of product design, die concept, and product try-out to support customer's production success.
