YIZUMI-HPM Presented at NADCA 2021 with New Technology


On October 4, the Die Casting Congress & Exposition (NADCA 2021) was held at Indiana Convention Center in Indianapolis, U.S. YIZUMI-HPM was proud to participate in this event.



In 2011, YIZUMI set up HPM North America Corporation and devised a long-term development strategy for its development. YIZUMI-HPM is dedicated to devote more attention to enhance the YIZUMI brand in the North American market. NADCA could not have come at a better time. As the largest and most professional annual event in the North American die casting industry, NADCA is also known as an important platform to promote technologies, display products and exchange knowledge.


On the first day of the exhibition, YIZUMI-HPM team introduced the core performance and highlights of the new LEAP series die casting machine in detail and explained how this new technology can benefit die casters to further improve their competitiveness.


The LEAP series die casting machine is our brand-new competitive product launched by YIZUMI in July 2021. The new generation LEAP series features a state-of-the-art injection system, a modern control system with an intuitive graphic display, a revamped clamping system and an innovative energy-saving hydraulic drive group, benchmarking the top-line die-casting machines in the world. At the exhibition, the LEAP injection system + HMI (Human Machine Interface) grabbed the attention of the exhibition visitors.



YIZUMI’s new generation LEAP series die-casting machine offers customers higher overall equipment effectiveness (OEE) based on the independently developed Yi-Cast real-time closed-loop injection to achieve world-class casting performance. In addition, complemented by a highly innovative and energy-saving hydraulic drive-group as well as a cutting-edge HMI featuring customer-focused intuitive programming, the LEAP series allows intelligent exchange of information regarding quality, operational performance, and parameter settings, making the operation of YIZUMI’s solutions easy, efficient, and transparent.


YIZUMI-HPM also introduced the technical innovation of HII-S series cold chamber die casting machines and explained to interested customers how the machines can help improve production efficiency.


H series die casting machines have been the key product of YIZUMI, and its superior performances have won recognition from many customers around the world. Based on the detailed study and analysis of the die casting process and in close collaboration between the YIZUMI R&D team and selected European die casting experts, YIZUMI launched it`s second generation of H series, the HII-S die casting machine.


A new integrated injection hydraulic adds injection performance and casting process stability while reducing components and increasing machine availability. Highly precise & repeatable switch-over to fast filling phase further increases casting process consistency for our customers. These improvements are based on a successful international engineering cooperation.
