Recently, Nanjing Yunhai Special Metals Co., Ltd (RSM Group) has ordered 2 sets of YIZUMI LEAP7000T ultra-large die-casting machines. This is a new cooperation between the two companies after LEAP1250T, LEAP1400T and LEAP 3500T have been purchased earlier.

YIZUMI releases ultra-large intelligent die casting machine offering state-of-the-art performance

RSM group has cooperated with YIZUMI since 2013 and has successively ordered more than 50 die-casting machines with locking forces from 300T to 3500T to meet the strict production requirements of a large variety of complex die casting applications.

Recently, RSM Group has ordered 2 sets of YIZUMI LEAP7000T ultra-large die-casting machines. This is a new cooperation between the two companies after LEAP1250T, LEAP1400T and LEAP 3500T. With the introduction of new machines, RSM group's production capacity will be further increased and the process bottleneck in the future production of large-size automotive structural parts will be well addressed.

The state-of-the-art LEAP series die casting machines are the latest results of YIZUMI's new development strategy. They can not only meet the highest requirements on performance, function and production process of the fast-growing die-casting industry, but also well fulfill customer requirements with systematic intelligent solutions. This makes the LEAP series machines suitable for various complex die-casting processes while it offers easy-to-understand, intuitive programming.

Furthermore, YIZUMI has invested more than 10 million CNY to establish our Die Casting Product & Process Application Center (PPAC), which undertakes the commissioning and tests of the developing prototypes and accelerates the pace of the release of new products and solutions to our customers.

In addition, YIZUMI's Ultra Large Casting factory is expected to be completed in October 2022. It is located inside the YIZUMI China Wusha factory 3 with a total area of about 23,000 square meters, at a cost of 160 million CNY. This modern facility will be used to produce and assemble ultra-large die casting machines with locking forces of up to 20,000 tons in the coming years.
