Abstract:
Yizumi Opens Machine Showroom in Vietnam
On February 18, Yizumi showroom located in Bac Ninh Province and adjacent to Hanoi, Vietnam officially opened. Hundreds of customers from Hanoi’s industries of household appliances, toys, 3C and auto parts, etc. attended the opening ceremony. The showroom demonstrated Yizumi’s UN260A5 injection molding machine and DM180 cold chamber die casting machine. In the coming year, it would be open to customers in Vietnam, especially Hanoi.
Vietnam’s manufacturing has developed rapidly in recent years. Not only China’s businesses from labor-intensive industries, such as small household appliances, toys and clothing move to Vietnam, but also big companies, including LG, Samsung and Foxconn from South Korea and Taiwan favor that Southeast Asia country. They continuously quicken the pace of setting up factories in Vietnam and most of them are based in Hanoi. As a result, the demand for various types of manufacturing equipment, including injection molding machines and die casting machines in Vietnam increase drastically. According to Chinese customs data, Vietnam remained among China’s top five injection molding machine export destinations in the past few years, and the rankings among China’s die casting machine export destinations are also rising quickly.
Because of the great market potential of Vietnam, especially Hanoi, Yizumi set up a machine showroom near Hanoi so that manufacturing insiders nearby can see the machines in person and acquire service experience.
Yizumi entered the Vietnamese market as early as 2010 and has generated positive word of mouth and built up brand influence in local market by virtue of its stable and reliable products. “Our products have a clear advantage in Vietnam,” said Yizumi Deputy Managing Director James Zhang, “Yizumi has not only high-quality machines, but also the ability to provide tailor-made solutions to meet diverse and individual needs of customers at different levels.”
At the opening ceremony, many customers showed strong interest in UN260A5 injection molding machine and DM180 cold chamber die casting machine in the showroom. James Zhang revealed that Yizumi would put an emphasis on promoting the company’s key products—A5 series high-end servo injection molding machine and D1 series two-platen injection molding machine—in Vietnam that year, meeting the needs of local household appliance and auto part industries. Yizumi would also introduce its classic die casting machines to cater to the development of Vietnamese motorcycle part industry.
In addition to the support of agents from southern and northern Vietnam, Yizumi will send engineers to Vietnam to inspect machines from time to time, providing quick services to local customers. To increase the interaction with Vietnamese customers, Yizumi also plan to host more open house activities in the Vietnam showroom occasionally this year to show Yizumi’s latest technical R&D results and innovative application cases. Yizumi hopes that its products and services can help Vietnamese customers improve production efficiency, reduce energy consumption of the manufacturing process and raise the level of automation and intelligence.
