Yizumi launches mold making division
YIZUMI invested the project of robotic automation in 2014, this year we march into the new product line in a big way again, and set up FOSHAN CITY SHUNDE DISTRICT YIMING PRECISION MOULD CO., LTD. It’s the sixth group of YIZUMI after the plastic injection molding machine, die-casting machine, rubber injection molding machine, high-speed packaging systems and automated robot.
After a long preparation the molding company was officially move into YIZUMI On November 18th. The factory is located in Wusha industrial park of Shunde city, adjacent to the injection molding machine production base of YIZUMI, covering an area of more than 21000 square meters. It is including a mold workshop for more than 4000 square meters, and introduction the international advanced processing equipment, is equipped with three coordinate chamber and constant temperature workshop, it is expected to output 600 sets of precision mold production for an annual in the next few years.

The director deputy general manager of YIZUMI James Zhang explained that the main purpose of set up YIMING is to support the high-speed packing machine for YIZUMI HIGH-SPEED PACKAGING SYSTEMS, to provide solutions for customers, and improve our comprehensive capacity and overall competitiveness in the field of packaging. Although it is a new group of YIZUMI, but the core team of YIMING is not a novice, the team has been engaged in thin-walled packaging products mold industry more than ten years that before join in YIZUMI. It has a wealth of precipitation product technology, product design experience and product application base, and has high quality of customer resources. YIMING is positioning in wrapper classes for high-end precision hot runner mold manufacturers, will focus on the development, manufacture and sale of precision thin wall products packaging die mold and medical products. The scope of business include thin-wall packaging products mold, precision medical products mold, mould labeling mold needed for packaging fields for precision high-speed molding mold design, development, manufacture, sales and customer service.
The new machine has took part in K-SHOW in Germany in this year.
Notablely, YIMING has designed and developed a large number of new products before entering to YIZUMI. Including 4+4 laminated mold for fast-food box lid and box body, it is leading the mold products. And 4+4 laminated mold has been shown on the world’s largest exhibition (K SHOW 2016), and it have attracted many customers with PAC450K.
Since YIMING join in YIZUMI, YIZUMI will provide a new project after the bottle perform production system. This solution is the thin-wall packaging production system. James Zhang said that the European high-speed packaging molding industry has the complete and competitive industry chain, the domestic medical, food, thin-wall packaging customers have to introduce A full set of expensive injection molding machine and mold from Europe. Now we rely on the thin-wall mould from YIMING and combination with the PAC series of high speed machine which has the similar technology in European from YIZUMI perfectly. So that the customers have one more choice, which is no longer subject to the European manufacturers. Face the future domestic market demands for a complete set of large thin-wall packaging solutions, the innovative technology as the main driving force of the enterprise development in YIMING. Continuing to pour money into resources for new products and new technology research and development, strengthen the precision machining process and heat treatment process optimization, improve product quality and reliability, prolong the service life of the mould.
