Yizumi Unveils Europe-specific A5-EU Series Injection Molding Machine at PLAST 2018

It is the second time that Yizumi, a China-based energetic injection molding machine manufacturer, has participated in PLAST, one of the most important professional plastics trade show held in Milan, Italy triennially. At booth 171/172, Hall 24 in FIERA MILANO, Rho during the exhibition, Yizumi showed its technological progress over the past three years, offering a newly launched small-tonnage DP two-platen machine and a general-purpose high-end A5-EU injection molding machine for the European market.

The 500DP two-platen injection molding machine, one of Yizumi’s exhibits, partnered with the pick-and-place robot to continuously demonstrate automated production of a PP storage box in a 44 second-cycle on site. The stable and efficient performance had impressed a number of professional audience who wanted to understand more details about the machine and intended to develop further business relationship.

PLAST 2018 was also the showcase for the 220A5-EU, a model from the new A5-EU series high-end servo injection molding machine which was optimized based on the standard A5 series, with the machine structure and configurations more friendly to the European users. The A5-EU series machine has more spare mounting holes and interfaces for functional extension, giving more flexibility to users and meeting different application needs of the markets. The A5-EU series is available from 30 to 700 tons and characterized by high efficiency, energy savings, strong power and fast response. As an ambitious step in the development of European market, the launch of the A5-EU series general-purpose injection molding machine not only offered more cost-effective choices for the European customers, but also represented Yizumi’s strong capability of offering localized even more custom solutions for specific markets.
