Abstract:
Yizumi Shows up at Interplastica 2015
Interplastica 2015—the 18th International Trade Fair Plastics and Rubber—opened in Moscow on January 27. This four-day exhibition was held by Messe Düsseldorf that is a prestigious plastics trade fair organizer and has become one of the most influential shows for plastics industry in Commonwealth of Independent State.
Yizumi and its Russian sales agent participated in Interplastica 2015 and showed a UN160A2 injection molding machine equipped with a variable-displacement pump. The machine worked with the mold, loader and grinder to carry out continued production demonstration during the four-day exhibition. Russian customers were satisfied with the performance of Yizumi’s machine and they had pleasant business talks with Yizumi’s agent, inquiring about the price and lead time of the machine.
Since 2014, the ruble has lost more than 50% of its value against the dollar. Various countermeasures taken by Russia’s central bank hardly stop the ruble slide that hit hard the export of Chinese plastics machinery. Most of Russian customers postpone the purchase of equipment and they are waiting for stable ruble’s exchange rate against the dollar. In the short term, the outlook of plastics machinery market will be cautious in 2015; but the market still has great potential in the long term.
