At present, robotic automation has gradually replaced the traditional casting mode of high temperature, dust, noise and other environments. More and more die-casting plants use robots to realize the process of soup, pick-up, spraying and so on. However, with the requirements of new high-strength, high-toughness and ultra-thin wall alloy materials, the disadvantages of conventional die-casting parts that cannot be improved by heat treatment are also highlighted. Gravity casting can realize various ways of casting according to the needs of product molding, and can strengthen the alloy material by heat treatment to improve product performance.
At the beginning of this year, the Yizumi robotics team received such a demand. According to the customer's casting product process characteristics, the robot designed the seventh-axis additional shaft ladle for the customer, which can realize the accurate quantification and constant speed of the aluminum liquid. Take, 4 sets of customer casting machine, realize the fully automatic process of casting machine through robot movement.
