Yizumi Participates in M’SIA-PLAS 2015

The 26th Malaysia International Plastic Mould & Die Exhibition (M’SIA-PLAS 2015) which is Malaysia’s largest and most influential international machinery trade show was held at Putra World Trade Centre during July 28 to August 1. Yizumi participated in the exhibition again at invitation.

As one of China's largest equipment manufacturers, Yizumi showed a A5 standard high-end injection molding machine which is the company’s latest technological innovation and a SM  standard servo injection molding machine tailored for the Malaysian market. Those two amazing machines were in the spotlight during the five-day event. Their outstanding performance and good stability demonstrated in the on-site production attracted a large number of visitors who stopped by the booth. Many customers consulted Yizumi’s agent on the performance and configuration of the exhibited machines and expressed a strong intent of business talks for purchasing new machines.

A5 series is Yizumi’s latest standard high-end injection molding machine developed based on years of market research and technical strength; it is a brand new IPD mode-based machine that is widely applicable, precise, stable, reliable, durable, highly efficient, energy-saving and user-friendly and able to better meet customer needs. At the exhibition, a UN200A5 injection molding machine in A5 series worked with a 12-cavity mold to demonstrate production of PET preforms that weighed 15g per unit and cycle time was kept at 10.5 seconds.

Yizumi’s another injection molding machine shown at the exhibition—UN160SM—was upgraded based on the classic SM series machines to get a performance and stability boost targeting the needs of Malaysian customers. At the exhibition, UN160SM produced fruit plates (22g per unit) made of PP with a 1-cavity mold, with cycle time of 4.5 seconds.

M’SIA-PLAS 2015 has come to an end, but Yizumi shall continue creating a better return on investment and customer experience with innovative precision technology, enhanced service and professionalism and contribute to the prosperity and development of machinery industry.
