A5 Series Injection Molding Machine Gets Attention at CIMTS 2015
The four-day China (Chongqing) International Intelligent Manufacturing Technology & Equipment Expo opened at Chongqing's Yuelai International Exhibition Center this morning.
The expo consists of 4 industry chain exhibitions covering instrumentation & automation, plastic machinery, oil & gas technology & equipment and intelligent machine tools. The 8 pavilions cover a total area of 100,000 square meters. In hall N8, Yizumi showcased two high-end injection molding machines from A5 series and SJ series. They were demonstrating production of high-quality auto parts and electronic parts.
One of Yizumi’s eye-catching exhibits was UN320A5 injection molding machine, a model of the A5 series. A5 series high-end servo injection molding machine was launched in September this year and made the first appearance in this exhibition. A5 Series, based on IPD mode, was developed by Yizumi after successfully bringing servo machines to the market for years, mastering advanced European and American technology from HPM Company and completely understanding customer needs through over-two-year market research. A5 Series creates 5 core values for customers: wide range of application, precise and stable, reliable and durable, high-efficiency and energy-saving and user-friendly. A5 series is widely used in 3C, home appliances, auto parts, medical, packaging, logistics, building materials, daily necessities and other industries; A5 series machines can meet customer needs of upgrade and significantly enhance customer's competitiveness and economic efficiency. At Yizumi’s booth, the UN320A5 injection molding machine demonstrated automated production of car light frames.
The other exhibit was SJ series injection molding machine for high-end thin-wall applications. Specially made for the cell phone parts, Electronics, Medical, Optics industries, SJ series has outstanding performance in product repeatability, plasticizing rate, power consumption, noise and other technical parameters. At the exhibition, the SJ machine produced electronic connectors with an 8-cavity mold to demonstrate the high precision.
