Yizumi Makes the First Appearance at Expo Plasticos 2018

From November 7 to 11, Yizumi and its Mexican agent participated in Expo Plasticos 2018, which is one of the most important international plastics trade shows in Latin America held in Mexico. In the opportunity of this showcase, Yizumi displayed two high-speed injection molding machines that were running with automated robots to demonstrate their high performance. The energy-saving FE260-640H all-electric injection molding machine was producing plastic lids with an eight-cavity mold on site. The other eye-catching PAC250K high-speed thin-wall injection molding system is an ideal solution to automated plastic spoon production. The system mainly consists of a PAC250K injection molding machine whose clamping force is up to 2500kN, two three-axis servo robots for part removal, stacking and transferring, a 32-cavity mold and a packing machine. Each part of system is in good coordination and the cycle time is not more than 9 seconds. The introduction of new plastic solution manifests Yizumi’s determination to transform itself from merely a machine manufacturer to a turnkey solution supplier, as well as their close attention to the submarket demands.
