YIZUMI-HPM Debut at NPE 2018 with FoamPro Process

On May 7, NPE 2018 officially opened in Orlando Convention Center in Florida. NPE 2018 was held every three years. As the largest plastics exhibition in North America, the number of NPE2018 exhibitors has reached a record high, with a total of more than 2,000 exhibitors, attracting more than 65,000 professional visitors from all over the world.

At booth # W3343, West Hall, YIZUMI-HPM competed with many world famous press brands. For the first appearance of dual brands, YIZUMI-HPM demonstrated the latest technology—FoamPro microcellular foaming process that partnered with a two platen injection molding machine UN1000DP-N, producing a briefcase with high-quality high-gloss, matte, leather-grain, fabric textured or granular surfaces in a 49 second cycle.

The debut of FoamPro surprised the audience. This solution based on the MuCell technology not only achieved a weight reduction of 20%, but also broke through MuCell’s limitations of poorly formed surface and brought five exquisite surface effects. Some audience said that FoamPro solution met today’s global automotive lightweighting trend. The effect of weight reduction is very impressive, and the use of aluminum alloy molds also provided new ideas for automotive suppliers.

In addition, YIZUMI-HPM also showcased an A5-N high-end standard servo injection molding machine and FE-N all-electric injection molding machine.

YIZUMI-HPM General Manager John Beary told reporter that YIZUMI-HPM’s participation in the NPE show showed the company’s strong confidence in the North American market. “On the one hand, YIZUMI-HPM will fully introduce new products DP-N series and A5-N series in the North American market. On the other hand, YIZUMI-HPM is not just providing mechanical products. It will pay more attention to the needs of various industries in the North American market, integrate new processes and new technologies and provide solutions,” said John. At the same time, as the new plant in Morrow County, Ohio, was put into use, YIZUMI-HPM would strengthen its marketing and service system to further meet the service needs of North America.
