Recently, two new sets of Yizumi 1250T automaticdie-casting cell completed the installation in Lijia Group's workshop, which will begin mass production in the middle of April. This is the second time that Lijia Group purchased Yizumi heavy equipment since the 4500T automatic die-casting cell purchased last year. So far, the die-casting production lines of Lijia Group have covered various specifications of Yizumi heavy-duty die-casting machines and automatic system, including 1250T, 2000T, 3000T,4500T, etc.
Located in Changchun, Jilin, Lijia Group is one of the designated auto parts trial production base and manufacturing enterprises of FAW (First AutomobileWorkshop) Group in the Northeast, specializing in producing and processing engines, transmissions and other supporting aluminum die castings for the internal combustion engine branch of FAW Car Co., Ltd, Cummins, SAIC Motor, and so on. Lijia Group and Yizumi have maintained close cooperation sincepurchasing the first die-casting machine from Yizumi in 2013.

It is understood that the 4500T automatic die-casting cell purchased from Yizumi last year has successfully put into production for heavy-duty truck oil pan in March this year. This is the largest automatic die-casting cell that Lijia Group installed up to now, which includes the 4500T heavy die-casting machine and the whole set of robotic automatic system. It can realize part removal, integrity testing, die-casting mold spraying,multiple insert preheating and insert, cooling, runner removal, deburring,marking, stacking and so on.
The two new sets of Yizumi 1250T die-casting cell in March this year are also assembled the Yizumi robotic forging press loading and unloading system, spraying robotic system, product Conveyor, controlled cabinet system and other automatic systems. They have completed installation by now, which will be used in producing transmission clutch hosing for Harbin Dongan Auto.
