Abstract:
Online Open Week|SpaceA:Print Bicycle Frame
Developed by Germany R&D Center, SpaceA Industrial Pellet 3D Printing will debut during YIZUMI Online Open Week. The Additive Manufacturing Molding Solution will print 0.7kg bicycle frame in 100 minutes. Its production efficiency is about 28 times higher than the traditional FDM.
SpaceA industrial pellet 3D printing is based on the YIZUMI screw extruder system, robot positing control system and modular print platform. With precision and high efficiency, it can rapidly build large part with low-cost and small-scale production ability. Previously, SpaceA has attended many international exhibitions such as German Fakuma、Formnext, and won the SPE Award for automotive innovation. So far, YIZUMI has been working with customers in areas such as automotive, sports, medical fields to develop manufacturing equipment.
SpaceA was designed in German, and made in china, it is very meaningful for SpaceA to participate in Wujiang factory this time. It is reported that SpaceA will be put into small-scale production in Wujiang factory in 2020.
Highlights
High efficiency: the production efficiency can be improved around 28 times than that of the traditional FDM technology. The max output of screw is about 1.2kg/h;
Strength: Parts are higher strength and more stable dimension with fiber-reinforced material;
Cost: the cost of the granular material is dropped around 80% than that of the traditional FDM technology;
