YIZUMI at EXPO PLAST PERU 2022

On 24th August local time, the 4-day EXPO PLAST PERU 2022 is underway at Villa Ciudad Ferial, Lima, Peru. YIZUMI and local agent ECO-TECH Corporation SAC (Eco-Tech) are on show with injection molding machines like UN260A5-UPVC and PAC250K equipped with YR1200H3-D robot and relevant turnkey solutions. Furthermore, YIZUMI automation solution will make its debut in Peru.

EXPO PLAST PERU has been postponed by one edition because of the coronavirus pandemic. YIZUMI and Eco-Tech eventually managed to meet you offline after a lapse of four years. It is well known that the EXPO PLAST PERU is hosted every two years, which is one of the most influential international fairs of the rubber and plastics industry in Peru and neighboring countries. In recent years, it is one of the most significant platforms for international companies to get into the plastic industry of Peru.

YIZUMI and Eco-Tech have been well prepared for this exhibition. On the spot, we have showcased two injection molding machines and made demo production of UPVC pipes and plastic cups special for aviation. The high efficient and stable performance of the YIZUMI injection molding machines have drawn a crowd and impressed them.

UN260A5-UPVC is one of the A5 series standard high-end servo injection molding machines and of the advantages like good plasticizing effect, low energy consumption and high stability. The positioning control accuracy of mold opening and closing can be up to ±0.2mm and the repeated accuracy of product weight can be less than 5‰ in a standard molding condition.

PAC250K equipped with YR1200H3-D robot arm belongs to the PAC series high-speed injection molding machine, its high efficient and energy saving system can facilitate the production capacity, reduce the unit energy consumption and provide a better economic outcomes to customers.
