Recently, YIZUMI Brazil agent Alltech organized two seminars on June 23rd and August 11th respectively, attracting more than 100 new and old customers.
This time, we will focus on the passionate country in South America—— Brazil. YIZUMI Brazil has been providing strong technical support for local agents and customers since its opening in August 2020.

On June 23rd, Alltech invited the staff and operators from its business partner PLASTICOVILLE to attend the first seminar, Gilberto (technical coordinator Yizumi Brasil) and Reginaldo (sales representative and plastics specialist of the Alltech Group) presented the YIZUMI brand advantages and related information about YIZUMI injection molding machines, including FF / FE, D1 / DP series.
YIZUMI has invested in the construction of global sales and service network over the years. Even during the epidemic of COVID-19, Alltech's service has never been interrupted. Also, remote technical support and training from the service team of China headquarters gained customers’ praise and recognition, increasing their confidence in purchasing and using YIZUMI’s machines.
Through Thiago’s detailed introduction, Plasticoville staffs present gained deeper understanding of YIZUMI. Then, they were guided around the YIZUMI building, where they could get a closer look at the machine appearance and operation, and listen to the advantages of DP and FF/FE series as well as the KEBA system handling.
The second seminar held on August 11th was a bigger event, attracting more than 100 customers. At the seminar, Thiago elaborated the partnership between Alltech and YIZUMI, and introduced YIZUMI’s strong strength and brand competitiveness in detail.
Based on its global strategic layout, YIZUMI stands strong in China and spreads its wings over the world. In addition to the three production bases in China, YIZUMI has established production bases in the United States and India, set up spare part centers in Europe, and built an R&D center and technical service center in Germany. The successful operation of YIZUMI Brazil made another milestone in YIZUMI’s globalization strategy.
Some customers communicated with Tiago in the hope of getting more information about the machines and services of YIZUMI Brazil. Later, Alltech staff showed customers around YIZUMI building to visit several best-selling machine models in Brazilian market.
The seminars held this year aim to offer more face-to-face communication opportunities with customers, and provide more customers with high-quality and professional service of YIZUMI.
The successful holding of the two seminars not only improved brand recognition of YIZUMI Brazil, but also provided customers with professional technical guidance, cost-effective investment reward and good customer experience.
