On 7th November, local time, the four-day PLASTIMAGEN MEXICO 2023 opens at Centro Citibanamex in Mexico City. YIZUMI and its local agent A&G are exhibiting four popular injection molding machines, PAC250, FF300, UN650A5 and UN480A5 at booth 1614 in Hall C, producing PET thin-wall packaging boxes, laundry basket lids, laundry baskets, and turnover boxes on site. The exceptional performance and creative design concept of our machines have drawn a lot of attention from visitors.

Solutions

PAC250 high-speed injection molding machine is equipped with the newly developed PET thin-wall packaging box mold. Packaging boxes made of PET have a better tactile quality than traditional thin-wall injection molding products made of PS or other materials. Furthermore, PET is more eco-friendly, easier to recycle, and less expensive, providing customers with a new packaging design concept.

FF300 electric injection molding machine adopts a modular design that clamping units and various injection units can be combined flexibly as customers' demands, with injection speed ranging from 160 to 500 mm/s. The position accuracy of injection and mold opening & closing is within 0.03 mm, satisfying the demands of global customers for high precision, high efficiency, high stability and automation.

The UN480A5 and UN650A5 are YIZUMI's A5 series high-end servo injection molding machines. They have excellent plasticizing effect, low energy consumption, and high stability.
