Officially started | Plastics & Rubber Indonesia 2022

On November 16th local time, the 4-day Plastics & Rubber Indonesia 2022 is taking place at Jakarta International Expo, Kemayoran. For this time, YIZUMI has made demo production of tri-color basins and baby bathtubs on site by UN320C-NM and UN680W1, which have been eye-catching for visitors of their high performance and stability.

By matching different nozzles, UN320C-NM can achieve sandwich, mixing, across molding, to satisfy different applications and the changeable market demands.

The special injection molding machine - UN680W1 belongs to the YIZUMI W1 series, which is a new design for deep-cavity products. It applies with a new-type outward toggle clamping unit, largely increasing opening stroke by comparing with conventional clamping unit to adapt to the deep-cavity product molding.

With large opening stroke, W1 series injection molding machine can be widely applied for the production of trash can, plastic drum, outer barrel, and plastic stool. Also it is convenient for applying in-mold labeling and robot pick-up process to satisfy customers' requirement.
