From September 30 to October 2, local time, a three-day U.S. NADCA Die Casting Congress & Exposition is held grandly in the Indianapolis Convention Center. As a large and professional annual die casting technology products and industry trade show in North America, NADCA has attracted the elite of the global die casting industry together.
YIZUMI’s booth is in the center of the exhibition area - Booth No. 824. On site, YIZUMI showcases its latest technological achievements: LEAP series 920U die casting machine and advanced Thixomolding technology.
Exhibits
1 | LEAP Series Die Casting Machine
Benchmarking to the World-class Die Casting Technology
The LEAP series die casting machines, connecting China-Europe technology, benchmarks top global standards in injection and control systems, clamping units, energy-saving innovations, and safety performance. It is YIZUMI's flagship product designed to penetrate high-end markets and customers.
The LEAP series die casting machines are designed according to European standards, supporting various peripheral equipment interface standards, which ensures a stable and efficient automatic die casting production. Cell integration through plug-and-play functionality for peripheral devices meet the die casting requirements for aluminum-& magnesium alloys, for high-end automotive components such as engine blocks, gearbox housings, and automotive structural parts.
In addition, LEAP series also features the ORCA intelligent control system, capable of monitoring up to 100 die casting parameters to ensure product quality stability.
Its state-of-the-art injection capability meets the requirements of die casting processes for aluminum & magnesium alloys, and is suitable for the manufacturing of demanding, complex automotive parts.
Currently, the LEAP ultra large die casting machines meet the demands for large-scale integrated die casting parts, promoting the development of automotive lightweighting and integration.
2 | Variety of Die Casting Styles
Make Thixomolding as easy as injection molding
In addition to high-end die casting equipment, YIZUMI has also joined hands with partners to display a variety of styles of Magnesium alloy products, including clutch housing, screen frame instrument panel, motor housing, headrest bracket, and other automotive die casting parts, attracting widespread attention of merchants and visitors.
Some of the products on display were made by YIZUMI’s Thixomolding machine, fully demonstrating the strength of YIZUMI’s manufacturing.
Since 2008, YIZUMI has specialized in magnesium alloy products, anticipating automotive lightweighting trends. Its hands-on engineering culture has propelled its Thixomolding equipment series to a world-class standard.
The series of Thixomolding machine incorporates different sizes of the barrel assembly to meet customer needs for various applications, ensuring maximum molding quality and yield.
3 | Technology Sharing
On September 30th at noon, local time, Mr. Stefan Fritsche, Deputy General Manager and CSO of YIZUMI Die Casting Machine Division, gave a presentation “Turnkey solutions for ultra-large Al & Mg structural parts for NEV” at booth 442 in the main event area.
The speech focused on how the use of ultra-large structural castings in the design of new energy vehicles brings great opportunities to the automotive and die casting industries. Based on a case story it was demonstrated how YIZUMI relies on the most advanced LEAP die casting machines to provide customers with efficient die casting solutions.
In addition, Mr. Stefan Fritsche also emphasized the importance of YIZUMI's turn-key service. This service model not only includes the provision of the equipment itself but also covers a full range of services from preliminary consultation, solution design, installation and commissioning as well as trial casting and process optimization and after-sales maintenance, ensuring that customers can worry-free enjoy the production transformation brought by the most advanced die casting technology.
In his closing remarks, Mr. Stefan Fritsche reaffirmed YIZUMI's commitment to technological innovation for sustainable development in new energy vehicles and die casting. He urged industry peers to collaborate on developing efficient, eco-friendly, and intelligent production methods, aiming for a greener and smarter future mobility landscape.
