(Changyuan Hero-city), marking another important breakthrough for YIZUMI in the high-end die casting equipment sector. The Die Casting Cells' Excellent Performance Boosts Efficiency and Quality with Automated Production Processes
The delivered 3500T die casting cells provide essential technical support for Changyuan Hero-city's dual-track operation strategy. They have been fully tuned for the production of HEV cylinder blocks.
The die casting cell is equipped with a closed-loop real-time control system to satisfy the demands of customers for a variety of products. The process is accurately regulated, monitored, and recorded to assure each mold's injection precision and repeatability, as well as the qualification and traceability of the products. The system pressure can reach 21Mpa, which provides enough energy for both the main engine and the injection system.
The equipment's mold installation efficiency has been improved by combining hydraulic dual extraction cylinders, hydraulic die bridge, built-in quick die change, and quick ejector change design, resulting in a much shorter production cycle and increased production efficiency. Moreover, it includes a series of advanced devices such as die temperature controllers, high-pressure jet cooling, high vacuum units, and dosing furnaces, ensuring temperature control and cooling during the manufacturing to improve product quality.
It is worth noting that the 3500T die casting cells work well for cylinder block casting. Changyuan Hero-city now has a production capacity of over 260PCS each equipment shift and a daily production capacity of over 500PCS for two shifts. The equipment has a qualification rate of up to 97% for die casting parts and up to 92% for the entire process, from die casting to machining. Additionally, there are no pores on the processed surface, fully meeting the strict requirements of customers. At the same time, the equipment incorporates advanced exhaust air filtration system, servo sawing technology, and custom-shaped nozzles. ABB robots are utilized in spraying, removal, delivering, and other processes to achieve automated and intelligent production while boosting production efficiency and product quality.
