Fu Chia Metal Casting Co., Ltd. was founded in Taiwan in the year 1979 and had been specialized in die casting industry for more than 40 years, including tooling design and fabrication, die casting manufacture, machining and assembly.

Thanks to the 40 years experience of engineering and technology in the entire production process, Fuchia group established Fuchia Electronics (Kunshan) Co., Ltd. (Fu Chia) in 2002 to provide precision parts and components in automotive, communications industries. Fuchia has built long-term business relationships with dozens of international companies, including LEAR, AMPHENOL and CHRYSLER worldwide.

Since settled in Kunshan, the company has been mainly manufacturing die-casting communication parts. Now, the company's annual output of aluminum alloy die-casting parts exceeds 4,000 tons. Mr. Xu Shijie, plant manage of Fu Chia r said that in recent years the company makes great efforts to develop 5G communication products, traditional auto parts and new energy vehicle parts, among which the turnover of 5G communication parts accounts for nearly 40% of the total.

Over the years, Fu Chia has purchased several sets of YIZUMI die casting cells to produce mainly electronics and communication products, providing precision components for well-known electronics companies such as DELTA, SONY, CISCO, Panasonic, etc. In addition, YIZUMI well-designed automation solutions also help Fu Chia largely reduce the difficulty during communication and auto part production.

"This year is a very important year for us. Our new die-casting plant with 12000㎡ has been officially put into production. And we will invest several large die casting equipment. Since 5G communication & new energy vehicle parts have very high requirements for the die casting machine as well as automation, we expect higher production capacity and economic efficiency by introducing YIZUMI high-quality technical resources and automation solutions."
