On July 6th-7th local time, YIZUMI, together with Bugarian agent Slavov, holds a technical festival in Bulgaria and many guests in the industry have been invited to this interesting event.

At Techfest, YIZUMI has announced a series of big news to guests in response to the features of the Bulgarian market, such as brand upgrade, new product and technology release, i-Factory, and the latest solutions, which were highly recognized by guests.

Based on years of operating experience with the H series die-casting machine at customers' sites and in-depth research and analysis of the die-casting process, YIZUMI launches the 2nd generation of H series cold chamber die-casting machine HII-S after the joint effort made by the Chinese R&D team and European die-casting experts of YIZUMI.

The upgraded HII-S series cold chamber die-casting machine has improved the injection performance, providing customers with higher injection control accuracy and repeatability. The redesigned die closing unit improves overall machine stability and shortens the cycle time, while enhancing platen rigidity and extending the useful life. It helps customers achieve a higher Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE).

The YIZUMI LEAP series machine was developed by its international engineering team with decades of die-casting experience, and it is an advanced die-casting machine with mature technologies.

LEAP series machine's real time closed loop injection control technology through its self-developed Yi-Cast injection system provides highest international level of casting performance resulting in highest OEE. Moreover, the system is complemented by a highly innovative and energy saving hydraulic drive-group and a powerful yet easy-to-use HMI with multi-touch technology.
