On June 15, GIFA 2023 enters its fourth exhibition day.
Today, we introduce in detail the benefits of our YIZUMI SpaceA industrial 3D printer, which fully demonstrates the cutting-edge technology and possible applications of YIZUMI Additive Manufacturing Machines.
The SpaceA Industrial 3D Printer has exhibited at international industry exhibitions such as Fakuma and Formnext in Germany and ranked 2019 at the European SPE Automotive Innovation Award.
At GIFA 2023, the SpaceA machine, (900E-500-S-FP), appears in the exhibition and attracts great attention from visitors with its on-site printing of a wine bottle holder, with a weight of 870g, and a cycle time of only 67 minutes.
The machine uses granular materials directly plasticized by a compact YIZUMI-designed screw extruder to print parts quickly and efficiently at attractive cost. Compared with other additive manufacturing processes, the SpaceA machine offers greater productivity advantages, not only as a machine for producing prototypes, but also as a "3D printer" that can be used for profitable production.
SpaceA focuses on energy saving and fast production. Compared with other plastic additive manufacturing processes, SpaceA has competitive advantages such as universal and easy access to materials, simpler and faster production methods, and huge automation potential.
SpaceA is an industrialized solution created by YIZUMI's R&D center in Germany, positioned as designed in Germany, made in China and sold worldwide. Its technology offers a variety of benefits realizing small-scale mass production of personalized parts and bringing more possibilities for industrial manufacturing in the fields of sports products, auto parts, home appliance parts, crafts, construction and fixtures.
YIZUMI R&D center in Germany is close to the campus of the renowned RWTH Aachen University, focusing on research fields such as additive manufacturing, special process application of polymer materials, lightweighting and multi-material applications. Through the linkage with the researchers of RWTH Aachen University, a high degree of integration between Chinese and European technologies has been achieved, and a variety of lightweight products have been developed in cooperation with various German based enterprises.
GIFA 2023 will last until June 16. To learn more about YIZUMI SpaceA industrial 3D printing technology, please visit YIZUMI at booth: 11A42.
