Introduction

The YIZUMI UN260C-BTP multi-component injection molding machine with vertical rotary table mold technology integrate with polyurethane reaction injection machine for achieving one-step molding of plastic and polyurethane. It can efficiently produce vehicle trims with thin PU-coating and different product effects.

01 The integrated machine of injection molding and polyurethane reaction injection molding can achieve one-step molding of two materials (plastic + PUR) with short cycle time, high efficiency and low cost.

02 The integrated equipment can not only ensure product performance and save material costs, but also achieve thin PU-coating with thickness of 0.3mm. Moreover, it allows various product effects, such as 3D depth, different patterns, gloss, scratch resistance, and self-repairing, agile, intelligent and efficient.

03 It can allow IML/IME/IMC/INS and post-processing processes with the support of automatic system, ensuring that products are made available for more functions.
