YIZUMI Test and Application Center Has Passed CNAS Accreditation

Recently, YIZUMI Testing and Application Center has obtained accreditation certificate (registration number: CNAS L20604) from China National Accreditation Service for Conformity Assessment (CNAS). It also has obtained the ILAC Mutual Recognition Arrangement (MRA) mark, making it one of the few companies in the industry to be accredited by CNAS.

This certificate means that YIZUMI Testing and Application Center can carry out testing services in accordance with relevant international accreditation standards and issue nationally and internationally recognized testing reports with corresponding legal effect. This will be recognized by worldwide mutual recognition bodies in more than 100 countries and regions around the world, and it has international authority and credibility.

YIZUMI Test and Application Center

YIZUMI Testing and Application Center was founded in 2022 and covers about 7,500 square meters, including a 7000-square-meter test site and more than 40 sets of testing equipment. Its jurisdiction includes the Research Center for Die Casting and Metal Molding, the Research Center for Polymer Processing, and the Testing Laboratory.

The Research Center for Die Casting and Metal Molding mainly works with global high-quality die casting customers to conduct research and actual production testing on forming processes such as light alloy die casting and thixomolding. It provides customers with diversified services, including technical support for forming equipment, process training, and product development and trial.

The Research Center for Polymer Processing mainly explores the application technology of new polymer material molding processes, focuses on customer product needs, and integrates multiple fields of technologies, such as polymer materials, molds, process auxiliary machines, injection molding machines, and automation, to provide customers with integrated solutions for process application technology.

The testing laboratory provides testing services for the research and development of new materials, equipment and parts, as well as for customer products.

The accreditation includes metal materials and their products’ mechanical properties, metallographic microstructure, and other fields.
