Mr. Gao Chao, Deputy Managing Director of YIZUMI and General Manager of YIZUMI Die Casting Machine Division, has been recently honored with a well-deserved retirement. Following a thorough review by the Board of Directors, Dr. Zhou Jun, CTO of YIZUMI, has been appointed to concurrently serve as General Manager of YIZUMI Die Casting Machine Division, overseeing the overall operations and management of YIZUMI Die Casting Machine Division.

Mr. Gao Chao, a YIZUMI die casting trailblazer, has played a pivotal role in the company's development since joining in 2004 and established the Die Casting Machine Division. He has been actively driving technology innovation and market expansion, achieving a comprehensive product set for die casting machines.
In recent years, Mr. Gao Chao has spearheaded the development of the LEAP series die casting machines, which have become a widely acclaimed "star product" in the industry. The LEAP series, particularly the ultra-large models, effectively meets the demands of integrated die casting for large components, significantly contributing to the advancement of the development of new energy vehicles.
Mr. Gao Chao will continue to contribute to the global development of YIZUMI after his retirement by taking on the role of advisor. His wealth of experience and expertise will undoubtedly be a valuable asset as the company pursues its future endeavors.
Dr. Zhou Jun previously has served as the CTO of YIZUMI. During his tenure, he has been instrumental in improving YIZUMI's technology strategy. He has established a three-tiered research and development innovation system comprised of the "Group Innovation Center - Division Technology Center - Technology Department." Through centralized management and a multi-business integration mechanism, this system facilitates the integration and sustained effective utilization of company resources.

Under Dr. Zhou Jun's guidance, YIZUMI has successfully implemented a collaborative approach, leveraging the Aachen R&D Center in Germany as a bridge to strengthen partnerships with domestic and foreign universities and research institutions. This collaborative effort results in breakthroughs in new technologies, processes, and material applications. Driven by intellectual property rights and standardization, these achievements play a pivotal role in enhancing the company's core technological competitiveness across product lines.
Before joining YIZUMI, Dr. Zhou Jun held significant positions in prominent companies, including Wanfeng Auto Holding Group, China Transmission, New United Group, and TECO-Westinghouse. His professional career has endowed him with a wealth of theoretical knowledge and practical experience in the production, processes, and technological research and development of metal material forming.
Dr. Zhou Jun possesses a profound understanding of structural design and application scenarios for lightweight aluminum and magnesium alloy in the automotive industry. He also has extensive successful experience in lightweight optimization design, structural simulation technology, and advanced intelligent die casting technology.
Dr. Zhou Jun is poised to infuse fresh momentum into the Die Casting Machine Division once he assumes his new position. He will drive the division to advance steadily along its new development strategy, intensifying efforts in the ongoing research and development of new technologies and products. Furthermore, he will strengthen market expansion initiatives, propel business growth, and persist in empowering a wide array of customers.
