YIZUMI's new website has been officially launched on January 1st, 2023 after a year of well preparation.

For YIZUMI, 2022 was the 20th anniversary.

Even though the COVID-19 pandemic has brought huge setbacks to domestic business to exhibit overseas, YIZUMI has overcome these difficulties and taken part in international exhibitions, to show its strong development momentum to global partners and customers and further open up international market.

On December 15, YIZUMI Strategy Conference of Supply Chain 2022 was held successfully in YIZUMI Global Innovation Center with the topic of "Starting a new journey together". Nearly 300 guests across the country gathered to discuss development of the future.

On December 15th, the YIZUMI China Wusha No.3 Factory (hereinafter referred to as Wusha No.3 Factory) is grandly opened that marks the inauguration of i-Factory & Ultra Large Die Casting Machine Factory of YIZUMI China. Government leaders, experts, suppliers and representatives are invited to participate and discover the way to connect advanced molding technologies and trend of industrial digitalization.

The board of director (the "Board") is pleased to announce that the English and Chinese name of the company have been changed. The English name of the YIZUMI (the "Company") which is changed from "Guangdong Yizumi Precision Machinery Co., Ltd." to "Yizumi Holdings Co., Ltd.", and the Chinese name of the Company which is changed from "广东伊之密精密机械股份有限公司" to "伊之密股份有限公司".
