On December 15th, the YIZUMI China Wusha No.3 Factory (hereinafter referred to as Wusha No.3 Factory) is grandly opened that marks the inauguration of i-Factory & Ultra Large Die Casting Machine Factory of YIZUMI China. Government leaders, experts, suppliers and representatives are invited to participate and discover the way to connect advanced molding technologies and trend of industrial digitalization.

The board of director (the "Board") is pleased to announce that the English and Chinese name of the company have been changed. The English name of the YIZUMI (the "Company") which is changed from "Guangdong Yizumi Precision Machinery Co., Ltd." to "Yizumi Holdings Co., Ltd.", and the Chinese name of the Company which is changed from "广东伊之密精密机械股份有限公司" to "伊之密股份有限公司".

Postponement Announcement of YIZUMI CONNECT 2022

On October 7, the opening ceremony of YIZUMI new India Gujarat factory (shortened as new India factory) was held in Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India. A great number of people came to attend this grand ceremony, including Indian government leaders, industry experts, customer representatives, friendly Chinese companies in India, and employees of new India factory.

Revenue increased by 13.04% year on year.

It can meet the production requirement of 20,000-tons ultra-large machines.

The domestic economy remained stable and positive in 2020, thus driving strong demand for YIZUMI's injection molding and die-casting machines, resulting in good company performance.
