Thixomolding machine UN300MGⅡ is a model specially developed for smallmagnesium alloy products. It is equipped with the latest servo power system, controlsystem and digital servo valve injection system to make the molding of smallmagnesium alloy parts with thin walls and complex structures more stable andreliable to ensure the pass rate.

Highlights:

· The mold adopts single-point hot runner feeding, which can effectively reduce thewastes, shorten the flow length and be conducive to the filling and molding of theend of the product.

· UN300MGⅡ adopts the third generation servo system and has been systematicallyoptimized from the requirements of the internal structure and the magnetic steel ofthe motor to the selection of the oil pump to the development of the drivers toachieve stability, reliability, durability, high efficiency, and low noise, which also cansave about 30%~80% of energy compared with traditional hydraulic presses.

· Large-diameter (D80) high-speed digital servo valve controls the opening size of theoil inlet, with fast response speed and strong acceleration performance of theinjection piston, which can be up to 200m/s².
