Yizumi to deliver 4500 ton diecasting cell to Lijia Group

Today, Yizumi H series 4500T heavy-duty die-casting machine is on the way to Changchun Lijia group. Yizumi H high-end series 4500T heavy-duty die-casting machine will once again enter northeast China, one of the most important areas for car manufacturing, after China Sinotruk.

Lijia Group is one of the designated auto parts trial production base and manufacturing enterprises of FAW Group, first automotive workshop in the Northeast, specializing in producing and processing engines, transmissions and other supporting aluminum die castings for the internal combustion engine branch of FAW Car Co., Ltd, Cummins, SAIC Motor, and so on.Since 2013, Lijia Group has cooperated with Yizumi, and has established over 10 die-casting production lines and automation systems such as Yizumi 3000T, 2000T and 1250T, producing oil pan, transmission combination case and automotive engine cylinder.The stable performance of the Yizumi heavy-duty die-casting machine over the years has boosted the confidence of the long-term cooperation of Lijia Group. Therefore, this year, the company continues to purchase Yizumi H series 4500T heavy-duty die-casting machine and a complete set of robotic automation system, which are mainly used in the production of heavy-duty truck oil pan, new energy vehicle battery housing and 5G communication products. In the future, the whole 4500 ton of automatic die-casting cell can realize part removal, integrity testing, die-casting mold spraying, multiple insert preheating and insert, cooling, runner removal, deburring, marking, stacking and so on.
