YIZUMI Open House 2019 to be held during Chinaplas

In order to let the customers fully understand the technical strength of YIZUMI, during the CHINAPLAS 2019, YIZUMI will hold an Open House (21-24 May) in the Shunde headquarters in Guangdong. This is a show for a number of advanced molding solutions, while global industry elites and technology partners will discuss the industry trends and hot topics for the future.


More than 15 advanced molding solutions on display


This year's YIZUMI Open House 2019 will include a large-scale technology live exhibit. In the technical exhibition hall of more than 2,000 square meters, there will be over 15 advanced molding solutions including those for auto parts, home appliances, 3C, packaging and food industries. At the same time, many new materials, new processes and new technologies will also be unveiled; as well as new processes such as DirectPro long-fiber direct injection molding solution, FoamPro micro-foaming solution, MultiPro multi-material molding application, PacPro thin-walled packaging product molding solution, and OpticPro optical product molding solution.

The UN1500DP two-platen injection molding machine which is equipped with the high-performance SmartClamp system, aircraft-level aluminum mold technology, and FLEXflow servo-driven valve-gated hot runner system is able to perform FoamPro microcellular foam injection molding process based on MuCell technology.

UN1000DP two-platen injection molding machine is equipped with continuous fiber metering feeding device to realize long fiber direct injection molding process, low fiber loss rate and high strength. It can replace fiber-reinforced engineering plastics and reduce raw material cost.

In the MultiPro multi-material molding application field, Yizumi C series multi-material injection molding machine will display 5 gallon two-color container cover, smart speaker, foldable basket and other molding solutions. YIZUMI will provide more cost-effective solutions for the multi-material application market which requires stable and efficient production.

YIZUMI Industrial Internet Platform is for the plastics & rubber injection molding industry, focus on production management. The platform applies technologies such as Internet of Things, cloud computing, big data and AI in a bid to resolve the issues of equipment monitoring, troubleshooting, predictive maintenance, process parameter traceability and optimization, improving production efficiency and product quality.



Industry elites to highlight technology forum


As an essential part of the activity, the Technology Forum will have a number of Chinese and European industry experts to share on-site cutting-edge trends.

Dr. Hartmut Traut from Trexel will speak on “Foam Injection Molding, More than just Foam Bubbles”. He’s an industry veteran. Since the year 2002 Dr. Hartmut Traut manages Trexel’s business relationships in Europe. Since 2018 he is responsible for Trexel’s international relationships.

Bernd Herzog, Manager Application & Process Development PME fluidtec GmbH will speak on “Fluid Injection Technology – Fundamentals and Applications.”

The core members of the Yizumi German R&D team will also bring some wonderful keynote speech.


Benjamin Wessling, Head of Polymer Processing, Yizumi Germany GmbH graduated from RWTH Aachen University and the Tokyo Institute of Technology. After his studies he started working for the ENGEL Austria GmbH as a sales manager. His international background led him to China where he took charge of the Product Management of ENGEL’s second brand WINTEC. Wessling will share on the topic of “PU+injection molding, one step molding to achieve high-quality product surface.”

Nicolai Lammert, Head of Additive Manufacturing, Yizumi Germany GmbH graduated as Master of Science RWTH Aachen University). Thereafter he was 3 years responsible for Foam injection Molding and Injection Mold Technologies at the Institute for Plastics Processing (IKV) at the RWTH Aachen University, Aachen, Germany, and chaired the work group Injection Mould Technology. He will share on“3D printing——a new manufacturing method”


In addition,focusing on the needs and pain points of customers in multi-material andintelligent transformation, the technology forum will also bring “how to createmulti-material application solutions from the perspective of maximizing thereturn on investment” and “from raw materials to product storage——constructionof injection molding automation production" and "digital driveinjection molding to create new value" and other topics.Senior technicalexperts with more than 10 years of experience in related fields will combineapplication cases to bring in-depth interpretation on site.
