Yizumi new injection molding machines receive great attention at Taipei Plas 2018

The 16th Taipei International Plastics & Rubber Industry Show came to an end on August 19. This exclusive trade show accommodated around 520 exhibitors occupying more than 2,700 booths to present their latest products and development. Among numerous exhibitors, Yizumi grabbed attention with two new machines launched this year. One was the FF120 electric injection molding machine and the other was UN260 C-BTP two-component injection molding machine.

From the perspective of application, Yizumi set its sights on the fields with large demand, such as multi-component molding. The UN260 C-BTP two-component injection molding machine from the C-series, incorporating with the application of MultiPro process and coordinating with other automated equipment, is capable of producing a 400 ml two-color cup in 60 seconds. MultiPro process allows flexible and quick combinations of modular injection units of different types and sizes based on different applications, to meet individual needs and achieve two-color, three-color and multi-component injection molding with special materials.

In response to the growing demand in all-electric machines, Yizumi displayed an FF120 electric injection molding machine from the FF series, which is based on ingenious combination of the newly-designed mechanical structure and fully upgraded servo system. The clamping force of the FF series ranges from 120T to 460T and there are nine types of injection unit available.  

The participation in TAIPEI PLAS 2018 brought Yizumi considerable business inquiries but also the positive prospects of advanced, energy-saving and application oriented injection molding machines.
