At Chinaplas 2019, Yizumi’s all-electric injection molding machine displayed live production of 3cm medical blood tube filters. The blood circuit during the hemodialysis treatment primarily replies on the extracorporeal circulation channel established. A small part in its venous circuit called filter must be able to effectively filter blood clots. As a result, there are very high precision requirements to the center hole position and the mesh grid size. The mechanical structure of the movable platen is well designed to provide fast dry cycle time and high repetition precision of the mold-opening stop point. The platen parallelism can be maintained as low as 0.03mm, which is conducive to molding of high precision products.
—Unique Servo Direct Control technology
This is a processing algorithm embedded in servo driver developed independently by Yizumi R&D team. It almost completely eliminates the communication delay between the controller and driver, allowing faster feedback and control response. The control over the precise speed, position, and pressure can totally meet the molding requirements for high-precision products.
Dust-free operation+Intelligent manufacturing
In addition, Yizumi FF series all-electric injection molding machine adopts lubricating grease for fully automatic quantitative lubrication.
