Abstract:

ZHUHAI RUNXINGTAI ELECTRICAL EQUIPMENT CO., LTD purchased YIZUMI’s 4000T die casting automatic production cell since September, 2019. After installation and adjustment in a short time, this 4000T die casting automatic production cell has put heat sink used in 5G communication base station into mass production.

Compared with the previous 4G product, 5G heat sink products have larger dimension, higher and thinner heat sink; facing the difficulties of hard processing and short delivery time, to guarantee 4000T die casting cell smoothly complete manufacturing tasks with planned quality and quantity, YIZUMI assigned specialists to support.

Your technicians and service staffs sacrificed their spare time and supported production overtime in our company, making great contribution for production. A key product efficiency was greatly 51.9% improved from 420pcs/20H to 638pcs/20H, which facilitated delivery on time.
