【Heavyweight!】Yizumi appoints Stefan Fritsche as Die Casting CSO for Die Casting & Metal Forming

To better connect with European advanced metal forming technologies and talents, we are pleased to announce that Stefan Fritsche joins Yizumi Precision Machinery as its Chief Strategy Officer (Die Casting & Metal Forming).

Mr. Fritsche offers 35 years of die casting industry experience to our organization. His previous appointments include Managing Director of Schaufler Tooling (a leading German tool manufacturer) as well as various market management positions for Buhler Die Casting including international postings in Asia and North America. Further executive management experience with two leading - Europe headquartered - international die casting companies round off his profile.

Stefan Fritsche assumed his new position at Yizumi in May 2019, with the goal of driving the international marketing-, as well as product development strategy for the company’s die casting division. He will also provide guidance to successfully launch the new die casting technology center and lead the development of complete casting solutions to the benefit of YIZUMI customers.

Mr. Fritsche says: “We aim at positioning Yizumi Die Casting as a high value solution provider in international die casting markets. While the die casting machine is the main pillar of our development, we do need to develop many additional skills. These include engineering to provide complete die casting cells offering world class performance, training and services to ensure our customers’ competitiveness.”

In recent years, Yizumi has maintained a steady development, constantly upgrading its products and services, gaining recognition from many well-known companies in the die-casting industry, and receiving good feedback in the global market. Yizumi die casting machines have been sold to 33 countries and regions worldwide, and ranks No.1 in China’s cold chamber die casting machine exports for 6 consecutive years.

The company has set an ambitious goal, which is to achieve market leadership through technology-based innovations. And Mr. Fritsche is very positive about this goal. Although uncertainties starting in 2018 continue to exist, Mr. Fritsche still sees great opportunities for growth: “The YIZUMI organization has proven to be very successful with great leadership, culture and a strong focus on innovation and customer needs.
