CHINADIECASTING was held at the new international expo center in Shanghai for 3 days from July 18. YIZUMI showed up with “YIZUMI-HPM H Series High-end Die Casting Cell & 5 automatic systems” at booth A21-A22 building N2 and demonstrated the latest model of automatic solutions.

This YIZUMI branded DM650 H series High-end Die Casting Cell is the most conspicuous product shown in the booth, it absorbed the HPM America advantages such as their technology standards, high rigidity,high injection precision and high stability which has attracted numerous potential customer to stop and make inquiries.

 In fact, YIZUMI was hoping to display Heavy Duty Die Casting Machine. However, because of the limitation of space, YIZUMI can only be able to show the small and medium size machines. Recently, technical team of YIZUMI has made a lot of new breakthrough of Heavy Duty Die Casting Machines in technology and market sectors. Also,after the acquisition of HPM America, YIZUMI technical team has been working with HPM’s colleagues for a long period of time. By developing & absorbing HPM technology, and integrating with over 20 years YIZUMI technical experiences, YIZUMI has developed YIZUMI-HPM H Series Heavy Duty Die Casting Machine ranging from 1000H to 4500H based on global customer’s need, which has been used in manufactures such as CHINA SINOTRUK,LANGSHION and AOXING, and so far it has a good reputation in the market. Moreover, the quality and performance is competitive with European and America standard, which shows YIZUMI machines have the capacity to stand in the intensively competitive market.

Five automation systems to define intelligent-produced achievement

The increasing market demand of Heavy Duty Die Casting Machine has resulted in agrowing demand of automation. On the other side of YIZUMI booth, the five special manufacturing automation systems have shown up. This is the intelligent-produced achievement of YIZUMI innovation and diversification. It includes trussed feeding robot, 2D/3D visual applications system, particular casting burr removing robotic system, die casting unit, and heavy duty extractor automatic system.

Mr. Qianhu Li, the chairman of YIZUMI robotic division and deputy general manager of die casting division, has explained that automation is an important strategic development direction of YIZUMI group. In the future,YIZUMI will focus on special industrial territories such as high temperature,high impact load, heavy load & high pollution territories, and provide robot automation solutions in those fields.
