Intelligent Integrated Process Management

Cloud Storage:

Process parameters can be uploaded to the system in one click. Both process parameters of main machine and auxiliary equipment are saved on the server, for viewing, filing, modification and printing.

Guideline:

Process file: Achieving centralized and standardized management of files and documents enables staff to access at any time, to implement paperless management in the workshop. Debugging Data Backup: Operators can save the parameters of molds, machines, and products after on-site debugging, which can be looked over and adopted in the next production, reducing the debugging time.

Snapshot:

For a single product, process parameters used in every production step are recorded. At least three years’information is available as required.

Process Monitoring:

The detailed process parameters of machine are displayed in real time. All parameter modifications will be automatically recorded.

Parameter Tracing：

Parameter modification of each mold or each time point can be recorded and exported, convenient for SPC analysis and CPK calculation, etc.

Early Warning：

Parameter modification will be automatically recorded for tracing and early warning. Classification query by various conditions like machine, time, and content is available.
